Upset I have been a Muller Honda customer for many, many years. I brought my car in to have the rear windows checked as they were freezing (I had the car for less than a month when this started happening) when I tried to roll them up. Turns out they couldn't find anything wrong but the issue is, after 2 hrs and no one giving me a status update I went to the service desk to check and the guy told me the car had been ready for awhile. Great staff great experience!! Mullers is a great place to buy and service your car! The staff were very helpful from the beginning and even came to the waiting room every 15 minutes to give me an update. I have never seen a place so customer conscious! Keep up the good work!!
