Mike Katz takes great care of you! Our experiences with Mike Katz in the Highland Park Certified Sales Store have been nothing but fantastic. He wrote the book on customer service and I am so happy the he was my sales guy when it was time to trade in the last truck at the certified store on something a bit smaller. He made it easy and painless and made sure to get me in the car that Had everything I wanted. They are lucky to have him. A BIG thank you to Mike From Andrea, Josh and Lincoln. We love the CRV!

Fantastic Service for a Young New Car Buyer Mike was phenomenal the entire car search. I was in a car accident a few months ago that totaled my car, and have been having the hardest time finding a car since. Everything ok Rapid response. Was able to find part within 24 hours and repair car on same day. Repair was done in less than 90 minutes while waiting in comfortable customer space
