Good service I brought my CRV in for 100K service. I was planing to wait at the dealership, but Sam told me that the wait will be too long because of the work involved. He checked and found out that they happened to have a loaner available and I was given one for free. Same was also very nice to get me manager's discount for the service, and that was very helpful as 100K service is expensive. The service work was well done and I got my car back by the end of the day.

Professional and Efficient I brought my car for an express oil change service and the representative was able to fit me easily in the schedule of the day. They were thorough with the check up as I was going to take my car for a long drive this weekend. An hour's wait was not bad considering that I did not have an appointment.

Fast, efficient, and professional Came in for minor maintenance on a Saturday morning without an appointment. I thought I would need to leave the car for a few hours, but they got me in and done very fast, before my ride even left home. There was a minor issue, but it was resolved with no hassle. In the end I would recommend Mueller Honda's service department based on my experiences so far (2 visits).

Radio Repair It's somewhat of a long story however, My Radio stopped working in my Pilot 1.3 months ago so Muller replaced it with a refurb unit as it was still under warranty, the refurb unit stopped working almost 1 year to the day and they said it was no longer covered and that i would have to pay for a refurb unit ($600 +), Muller agreed to pay half of this cost. Super helpful When I was changing the battery on my wireless key fob, the battery got stuck. While trying to pry the old battery out, the entire key fob fell apart in my hand (little tiny button cover pieces and electronic pieces everywhere). I came to the dealership and John and another associate helped me put it back together (after noting that there were more pieces than they expected!). I really appreciated their help.
