Used car purchase My experience was seamless. I explained to Howard my situation and budget. When I arrived at the store, I was shown the best value I could get. I was able to test drive the car and bought it. There was no sales pressure and my service was excellent. I will definitely return to Muelller Honda.

Straight Forward, Reputable, Trustworthy, No Gimmicks I haven't purchased a new car since 2004, and I was really loathing the process. Researching the car is the easiest part, finding a reputable dealer was, unfortunately, the most difficult part. Painless trip for service First of all I was afraid I'd need to take a day off work to get the oil changed as I have a long commute. But the scheduler said there were 6pm openings during the week. Great! When I got there, Tim Cameron took my order. I went to the waiting room and settled down with an espresso, snack, and a free newspaper. Before long my car was ready, and Tim patiently explained the findings of the MultiPoint inspection. I was even able to use a coupon for $10 off. What more could anyone ask for!

Warring for oil change Pleasant waiting area. Free coffe or water,plus snacks. Plenty of seating. Comfortable and friendly atmosphere. It was a busy time of day so wait was a little long, but car was done in the time they quoted me. At the end of the service I was given information on maintenance that I should have done on my next visit. Everything was written on my receipt along with the pricing.

Excellent all-around buying experience I had researched my choice on-line before I made the appointment with salesman Alfredo Parra. He had the right car ready to go and quickly steered me through the purchase process with great good humor. He's a pleasure to work with. Once the purchase had been finalized, Tyler Taylor walked me through all the electronics on the new car. That was great! He was patient and thorough and answered all my questions. I've got his card so I can call him when I screw things up.
