Super helpful When I was changing the battery on my wireless key fob, the battery got stuck. While trying to pry the old battery out, the entire key fob fell apart in my hand (little tiny button cover pieces and electronic pieces everywhere). I came to the dealership and John and another associate helped me put it back together (after noting that there were more pieces than they expected!). I really appreciated their help.

Mike Katz takes great care of you! Our experiences with Mike Katz in the Highland Park Certified Sales Store have been nothing but fantastic. He wrote the book on customer service and I am so happy the he was my sales guy when it was time to trade in the last truck at the certified store on something a bit smaller.
