Got there to test drive the vehicle and got a new car Got there to test drive the vehicle and ended up driving out with a new car. Lance was nice to interact with and able to offer what i have in mind to close the deal.

Lease We had a good experience getting a lease through Joshua Ryoo at Muller Honda. He was easy to work with and we were able to reach an arrangement with him that worked for both parties. I also appreciate that he called as a follow up after the weekend to make sure we were enjoying the car and to see if we had any pressing questions. That was a very nice thought,

Great and speedy turnaround My service advisor did a stellar job in understanding and acknowleding the issue in hand, and exceeding the expectation with a speedy turnaround. Kudos to muller honda gaving great staff with customer centric focus.

code b136 the car told me I needed an oil change, tire rotation, rear differential fluid change, transfer case fluid change. Muller Honda did this maintenance prompt & quick, made me comfortable in there nice waiting room, snacks & water complimentary. found some other problems and rated them in order of importance. Pleased I went to Muller.

I thought they wanted to sell cars Since we didn't have a trade in and we didn't finance through them they made it very difficult to purchase a vehicle. As we were trying to finalize a deal, we got to the point where we were $365 apart. Our sales rep said that was as low as they could go and we were as high as we wanted to go. So it was time to leave. Our sales rep asked us to walk by the sale manager to let him know what was happening. Great experience at Muller Honda Lance Cohen was excellent to work with. I really appreciated how he came with me on my test drive and showed me first hand all of the features my Honda CR-V has to offer. He really made my shopping experience easy and fun. Lance as well as the rest of the staff I interacted with were all extremely knowledgeable about my car and I really felt like they were all on board to get me the best deal possible. Thanks to all I met with at Muller Honda!

Timely, quality service - mostly So far, I’ve only done an oil change here and it was a mostly positive experience, in and out quickly, etc. My complaints: 1. I had an issue I couldn’t solve. The service advisor seemed so confused when I raised the concern that I decided to just not bother pursuing. I ended up fixing it myself. Not a big deal, but you go to the dealer for confidence in the work! 2. I would appreciate confirmation / clarity that the car was given a multi-point inspection. It seemed like an afterthought. Used to be better I have been dealing with Muller Honda for over 12 years. The first 9+ they were excellent. I went there for every service issue. 2 years ago I bought a used Honda from them and have since had a different experience. Their prices seem higher. They’re level of care seems to have declined. (They damaged my bumper during the last service and tried covering it up) and I just don’t leave there feeling good about the experience like I used to. Perhaps management changed during this time.
