It was OK. That's all I ask of a car buying experience It took a couple of days to obtain from Jennifer the information I needed but that was not her fault. I was surprised that she said she did not have the authorization to give me an accessory I asked for. I thought those days of car selling were long over. But the authorization came through and I was satisfied with the process. We like our car, even though I am still figuring out all the safety features.
Prompt service Well accommodated services inspite of their unanticipated rush at dealership. Flexibility has always been a wondeful experience in past (Service agent Dorthy, if I remember the name) and during this visit (John & team!)....
