Reasonable dealer for new car purchase I received what I consider a reasonable price for a Civic Hatchback. They were able to get one with just the options that I wanted. The haggling was as expected. I received a fair value for my trade in.
Regular checkup My CRV was due for regular service. Oil change, tire rotation and fluid levels check was completed in a short amount of time. The service agent also helped me connect my 2 mobile phones which I hadn't been able to figure out on my own. Our family owns 5 Hondas. 4 of the 5 were purchased at Muller. They are a terrific dealer and service provider.
Courteous, efficient service. Muller Honda staff handled my lease renewal quickly and painlessly. They also gave me the deal I wanted in terms of monthly and down payment. Could not ask for more.
First oil change I scheduled my first oil change for the used 2014 CRV that I bought from this dealer. They were willing to take my vehicle earlier than my scheduled time, which was a convenience for me. The staff was clear, courteous, prompt, and helpful throughout the process. Great Service Department Every Time Came in for service on my 2014 Accord. I was getting noise and vibration at the front right end of my car while driving. They told me they would probably need to keep it overnight. They diagnosed the problem, did the repair and called me two and a half hours later to let me know it was ready the same day.
