KURT KIM FOR PRESIDENT !!! EXCELLENT service for this guy. very easy to talk to and he will not give you a hard time of what you want , always looking and solving problems to please you. I bought 3 cars from Kim @ Muller Honda 2016 and 2018 overall experienced was perfectly great with Kim I will not go with anyone or any other dealership if Kim's not around.
TIMING JUST GREAT EXCEPT FOR MISCALCULATING THE TIME NEEDED TO DO THE WORK. FRIENDLY, HELPFUL PEOPLE. LOANER WAS APPRECIATED. IT WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE WITH THIS VEHICLE.
Quick and efficient Everything was great, except on the way home, the low tire pressure light came on. I had to recheck the tire pressure and run calibration in order to turn it off.
Great .My overall experience was good. I came in due to a recall on my car. I also asked if they would check the air in my tires, which they did. I don't remember the name of the gentleman that helped me.
Good service Helpful staff. Took care of me quick. Listened to what my concerns were about my car. And next day called about the problems and solutions. I purchased my car from Muller and would return to service my car there anytime. Fair price and nice staff.
Express Oil Change Only an oil change but the Service Rep was energetic and informative. The waiting area is nice with added snacks. It was an overall good experience.
Great book cover lack of content Multiple times after a routine "full" oil change and inspection. Have had to come back a day or so later to call out fluids not toped off or tire pressure not right. For the tire issue additionally we were told it was removed from the rim given reoccurring low pressure. To be told no issues only to within a week find out from other tech that a nail was in tire.
Excellent My overall experience was excellent.The personnel in the service department were extremely organized and efficient. The work on my vehicle was completed muchfaster than anticipated.
Amazing Great customer service! Most welcoming Honda service center I have ever been to. Very knowledgeable techinicians, explain everything they do, and listen to everything you have to say!
