Professional and low pressure . I came in with the Costco car buying service, was given clear instructions by Cosco which were followed by the dealership and the sales rep. Very clean operation. Options were offered but not pushed

Hands free - Blue tooth connection to my smart phone. After installing the latest navigation program from Honda I lost my blue tooth connection to my smart phone. After trying many times and failing to connect I stopped by Muller Honda and was greeted by Mark Owens,service adviser.They were very busy, but with a smile Mark said lets see if we can get this done now...He sat in the car and took over.In about 2 minutes he deleted my phone and reconnected the hands free.Thanks Mark!
