Price too high & they mistreat customers Went to buy Honda Odyssey 2018 model brand new. Their pricing was easily 2000 dollars more than the dealers in the area. The sales associate and the manager were rude. Their behavior was childish throwing tantrums around customers and unwilling to have a conversation. New seen a sales associate do this before. I would recommend checking with all the surrounding dealers before you go here if you want to save money. I am not the one for bad reviews but this one warranted it.
Not customer focused-will take advantage of you if they can Our car had significant issues and could not be driven. Instead of making the investment in repair, we decided to buy a new car. Because the car was towed to Muller, we had to buy at that dealer (or have the car towed somewhere else for a trade-in). Excellent I have done business with them for many years and I have always been very satisfied with both their sales personal and their service department.
Courtney did a very good job of explaining the details. My wife, who is disabled came along and Courtney took this into consideration as she explained and arranged the details of our purchase. I plan to return to the dealership in a short time after I have become accustomed to the newer features of our new CRV. Courtney was most helpful and flexible as we consummated the sale.
Lease new pilot Nice experience. They understood my need to get in and out of there quickly. The finance manager was willing to help expedite the process as well.
Great Service See Alfredo Parra he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great car buying experience, very happy with my purchase. He even helped me get rim locks for my wheels for extra protection and security.
