Exceeded my expectations I have been driving BMWs for the past 9 years, so my expectations of customer service and the car performance were set high. Helpful and patient sales person I was unsure if I wanted an Accord or a CRV, lease or purchase, and trim level. So I had a lot to work out. I made several trips to talk things over without any pressure to make a purchase. I decided on a CRV EX on a 39 month lease. The terms were competitive. Upon delivery, I was given a good tour of the electronic system.
