New Honda Accord I had previously purchased a Honda Accord at this dealer and I am totally satisfied with my new car. I was treated with respect and afforded every courtesy. Again it was a stress free experience. I would definitely purchase my next car at Muller.
My new CRV Pawel Pieniazek was my salesman and I was very happy with his service. I came in to have my previous 2005 Accord serviced (oil change). I wanted to drive a CRV while waiting and decided it was time for a trade in. He connected my cell and showed me how the touch technology works which saved me a lot of time if I would have done it on my own.
Could not reach the deal I got elsewhere Was a bit disappointed with my first Muller sales experience. My 2015 Odyssey EX-L purchase hours later elsewhere was $325 better on price and $1000 better on trade-in. I had done a lot of homework and had 2 other quotes but was hoping to use this dealer closest to my new home. Best Dealership Ever! This was my second purchase in a row from Muller Honda in Highland Park, IL. I'm still astonished at how helpful, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and low pressure this dealership is. They have consistently the best selection and service that I have encountered in my many decades as an adult car buyer/owner. Seamless customer service Unfortunately, wherever you go these days, customer service is greatly lacking.This is not the case with Muller Honda.From the time I called to make my appointment, and spoke with Mike Lis, who by the way, answered some questions I had with great knowledge, and patience, to when I checked in at the desk with Dillon Millholland.Dillon was courteous and efficient,and my oil change was done in no time. Dillon gave me my keys, and I was off! A happy customer!
Always a return customer! There are about 4 Honda dealerships in our area, but we've bought 3 cars from Muller. We work with Brian Reynolds and he's been a great person. He's gotten us an excellent price on our cars and is very thorough and knowledgeable about all the cars, trims and honda experience.
