It took three visits to finally get a defective tire pressure warning system in a (certified pre-owned) Honda Odyssey diagnosed and fixed because they didn't want to order the "expensive" part the first time. Recently, the same car had a flashing engine light that obviously required immediate attention. Muller said they would call back in the afternoon, but didn't. I purchased a 2013 Honda CR-V at Muller Honda last week. Alfredo Parra assisted me, he was excellent. He totally explained all the features to me and my son and contacted me the following day (but w/no pressure). He was very accomodating to meet me again, and showed the vehicle once again to me and my Dad. Negotiations began, and everything ran smoothly. Marcus was very helpful with explaining all of the differences between the Accord models that I was interested in (4 cyl. versus v-6) and he was very patient as I discussed the options with my wife. He also was very apologetic when there was a discrepancy with the APR financing percentage and the internet price. I would be more than happy to recommend Marcus and Muller Honda to my friends and colleagues who are interested in purchasing a Honda in the future.

My first visit was in November/December 2012 after moving from California and driving my Honda cross country. I believe Marc Swartz took care of me and was wonderful. My second visit was 2 weeks ago for oil filter checkup and worn brake pads. I believe Javed took care of me and was great. My third visit was yesterday 6/18 to replace my front bumper, Charlie and Bob took care of me and were wonderful, Muller Honda is an excellent dealership, all the staff are great, the work and the customer service are awesome.
