We came back to lease a new civic. After some very pleasant negotiation, we came to a price that was agreeable to all. It was an easy process.
Muller Honda provided us with a quality used car. We were pleased with the product, the customer service and the commitment of the organization. Brian Reynolds provided excellent service. His work was stellar and helped us have a great experience. Gary Khaskin was fair, polite and very good to work with. The finance manager who finished the deal (whose name I don't remember) was professional, yet cold and strict.
Very complete explanation of details of car's features as well as trade in values. Also covered details of purchase, warranty, etc. Everyone was very nice. We were impressed with the free car wash with oil change-a cousin told us AFTER the purchase that she loves the free car wash!
This is my third Honda Pilot purchased from Muller Honda in ten years. The car gets better and better as does the sales personnel at Muller Honda. Brian Reynolds was most efficient and kind in assisting my selection and getting it delivered to the dealership exactly when I needed it. A HUGE THANKS!!!
Welcoming and warm, even got the drain of the car wash area fixed so that my vehicle could receive the car wash prior to delivery. Gave me a disount , just because I asked. Cheerful disposition and I did not even schedule an appointment. They have earned my business and will keep it.
Pawel was very helpful and patient in helping me find the right car at the right price. I have worked on this since July and finally puchased in October ... there was never any pressure or games. I ended up with a 2013 CRV that is getting 27 mpg thus far and has been trouble free. We also bought a 2010 van from this dealer new and had only one problem wich was fixed without hassle under warranty. Honda builds a good solid car and this dealership provides excellent service.
James was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We never felt any high pressure to buy and he was great about getting us answers to all of our questions. We drove a hard bargain on price as we didn't need to buy a new car, and we were extrememly satisfied with the deal we were able to make. From the first test drive to having our accessories installed the same day we bought the car, it was a great experience. We will recommend Muller- and James- to anyone we know looking to buy a new car.
Following a horrible experience at another local Honda dealer, I drove my husband's car to Muller, where he had purchased his car in 2009. I was treated well, listened to, and left with a new car. Every staff member was patient, kind and informative. I did not feel like I was being talked down to or taken advantage of (which is how a lot of dealers treat women).
