I bought a brand new 2012 Odyssey Ex. I can't even I bought a brand new 2012 Odyssey Ex. I can't even expect what Kurt did. He was so friendly, kind and honest. Base on my experience, normal sales guy explain with hidden catches, but he didn't. I got awesome price, APR and advise from him. Excellent customer service. It didn't take long to fill the paper work. All my questions were answered. I didn't feel any pressure from the salesman. The price was good and easily negotiable. Over all great experience!
Reason being, they have a very professional staff, right from the receptionist to the sales consultant to the Manager. They let me drive they're brand new Accord with my family by myself. The negotiation was simple and straight forward. In the end, i got a Great Deal !!

Am very pleased with the dealership. Our vehicle was not at the dealership when we inked the deal and they provided us with service loaners until the car arrived. One time the salesman even came to our house to pick us up so we could get the loaner from them. Vehicle was just as promised and ready when they promised. Wasn't the least expensive of the prices but was treated with a great deal of respect - didn't try to sell us unnecessary add-ons.
