We were not impressed by Matt Sonnenschein. If I were rating him by himself, I would give him low marks. He was condescending, rude, and didn't seem all that interested in making the sale. I think he may be in the wrong line of work. Michael (Mike) Kolar was his opposite. He was personable, patient, polite, laid-back, and wanted to sell us a car. He's an excellent salesman. I purchased a used vehicle from Brian on 12/22/11. I got it home, and realized that I had failed to do my homework. The car seats were too big for the space in the back seat of the car. I decided to return to Muller on 1/2/12 to see what options I had to get into a different vehicle off of their lot. I understood up front that I would have to take a loss on returning the car and getting a new one, but what I was told from that point on shocked me. Salesperson was knowledgeable about product, not pushy. Gave price rating as great because compared to other dealerships offers on same product, it was far better.

I was looking for a good used car for under $8,000. Muller Honda had several listed on their web site. When I visited, Brian Reynolds went out in the rain with me to look at several cars. He was very helpful and truthfull about the condition of the cars and gave me copies of Car Fax reports as well as any service record available. The car I sought was for my daughter who came back with me on a second visit to drive several of the cars and brought her boyfriend who works on cars. What a wonderful experience we had with Muller Honda and salesman, Brian Reynolds. We told him what we wanted (test drive, appraisal on our trade-in, best price he could give us) and we were driving out satisfied customers within a few hours! Brian not only exceeded our expectations, but his follow-up this first week has been terrific! Honda is a great car (this is our 2nd Honda, our first one was going on year 14) and we are looking forward to working with Muller Honda with our new car1

Unlike several other competing dealers I had visited prior to Muller Honda, I was immediately welcomed within a few seconds of entering the showroom. Brian was very helpful in asking what I was looking for, where else I had looked, what other brands/models I was considering and how Honda differed. He was honest in stating what Honda had, as well as what it did not, in comparison to others. I appreciated this very much and it allowed me to trust his efforts in selling me a new car. Marcus Bennett was his usual efficeint and personable self and is a great reprasentative of Muller Honda. Marcus has sold me and my wife at least 8 autos. We would not have gone to any other dealership and have stuck with Hondas because of the service that we have had at Muller and with Marcus
