Salesperson Brian was knowledgable, honest, friendly, not pushy, and was all around excellent to deal with. Car was delivered on time, without hassle. Would return to this dealership.
Stopped into Mueller Honda to see what they had in used Civic's. Have purchased two other cars from Mueller GMC over the years. Brian Reynolds met us at the door, very helpful in showing us units, explaining features and overall presentation of the cars. When units on the lot were not quite to our liking, he took us to the 'certified' lot, where we found a suitable vehicle. Thanks to Brian and Mueller staff for their assistance. Job well done. Brian listened to my concerns and questions. He gave thorough responses. Did not pressure me to buy more car than I wanted. Explained features of car I was not familiar with. And I have had good experience with service dept based on other 2 vehicles I purchased at Muller.
We recently made our third Honda purchase (two new, one used) from Muller Honda in the last six years. After our first purchase, we learned there is no reason to comparison shop, other than to obtain a reality-check trade-in appraisal from CarMax. My experience at Muller Honda was fabulous! Matt Sonnenschein was very helpful, friendly, and totally low pressure. I knew what I wanted to pay before I came in, and what I wanted for a trade-in, and after a couple of back-and-forths, they totally met my numbers. It was a pleasure doing business with Muller Honda. The finance guy (sorry! I forget his name...) was equally professional, pleasant, and no-pressure. What a delight! Muller Honda has all my business from here on out.
I just purchased a Civic and was impressed with their very reasonable price and their courteous and knowledgeable staff. At no time did they attempt to push ridiculous add-ons or try to sell me "up" on a different trim level. The deal was done very quickly and everyone was highly professional. In contrast to many horror stories I have heard about other local dealers, purchasing a car from Muller was a stress-free, pleasant transaction. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area looking for a Honda.
Excellent sales experience. Brian was easygoing but professional and accommodated all of our requests. The kids area was a definite plus. The cars we requested were ready when we got there. We got the very best price and a fair value for our trade. I found a small surface scratch on the C pillar upon delivery and it was handled immediately without questions. I have and will continue to recommend Muller to anybody who asks.
Brian was very knowledge about Honda products and the competitors. He helped us find the right car for us and was not pushy or demanding like other car dealerships. It was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Brian and Muller to others looking to purchase a Honda.
Pleasant leasing experience. Some negotiations were involved (which can always created a little tension), but the salesman and manager did a good job of keeping this as low key as possible. They didn't have the vehicle in stock, and found it promptly. The salesman, Markus, did a wonderful job of detailing the features of my new Odyssey.
