No hassel in buying the new car 2011 Honda accord. Talked to harry kim over the phone first then come to pick up the car. Both larry and Jeff are great! I was especially impressed by Jeff's great work! he introduced the proc and cons for models I am interested. Will return again.
Best new car buying experiance ever. Bought a new car in forty minutes and got a fantastic price. No xx at all. I would hightly recomend this dealer. No sales pitch that was insulting like so many dealers use. No hagling. no agrivation at all. I had my homework done walked in and purchased a nw car that I am extremely happy with. I went in for the required maintenance for an oil change, transmission fluid change, and tire rotation. Lucasz has been the Service advisor who has helped me in the past, and it was a comfort to know that he would be taking care of me. Very fair price both on the trade and new car. Quick in and out to get the deal done. I will keep going back to Muller for all of my car needs. WHEN Honda showed the CR-Z concept car at the Tokyo Motor Show in 2007, it appeared alongside some of the wacky Japanese design exercises that the biannual show is known for. We went to Muller with an internet quote and asked for Brian Reynolds based on a prior recommendation on an internet website. We were looking for a particular model and color and called first. Brian had the exact vehicle waiting for us to test drive when we arrived. He was very nice, matched our internet price quote without any haggling. There was no pressure to buy add ons. We drove the vehicle home very happy that afternoon.

Marcus was his typical knowledgeable and helpful self, and I knew what I was getting in the transaction, since we had been through this twice before. Everything was made simple and kept simple. Greg and Gary in the finance department were very patient and thorough in their explanation of the paperwork. The price was right, and they have the staff to make and follow through on the sale. Pawel Pieniazek provided excellent customer service: professional, patient, friendly, knowledgable, courtious. He suggested I still could trade in my Jeep Cherokee despite its high milage, and thanks to that I didn't have to worry about what to do with it after I get a new car. We needed a new car, were thinking about a Subaru Forester or Outback, but stopped in at Muller Honda to see what was available in the Honda line. Roman and Mike K at Muller Honda were friendly, knowledgable, and helpful without being pushy or manipulative. We both test drove a CRV and then went over the differences between the Honda CRV & the Subaru Forester online with Mike.
