I had a very nice experience shopping for a car at Muller Honda. I’ve been to a few dealerships before I came to Muller, and I would have to say that I rate them the best in customer service. I came in just inquiring about a car and found exactly what I was looking for. Paul took his time to explain the options available and answered all my questions. He called to follow up and see if I had any questions and made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase.

Larry was pleasant, helpful and forthright. Larry worked with us to achieve our goal of purchasing a new Honda Accord. I only gave a good rating on price because I do believe that the price given for our trade-in could have been better.

Had to wait for the car a couple days longer than expected to get what we wanted, but overall the car buying experience was relatively painless. Very happy with the purchase and Muller was willing to work with us to get the best price. thanks, Anna Sanborn

Leased a new 2011 Pilot a week and a half ago. Salesman was terrific. Really enjoying the car. Rides great. PLENTY of room. Had CRV.

I purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot from Muller. They were extremely respectful in all aspects of the deal. They were helpful without being pressuring. Upon receipt of my new car, I was given the best new owner tour of the vehicle that I had ever received. My radio, navi and Bluetooth were all set up when I left the lot! I would definitely recommend them for future customers.

This is the third car I have purchased from Muller Honda. I have no desire to ever purchase or service a car anywhere else ever. There is not one person at Muller Honda in sales, service, body shop, parts, office that has been absolutely wonderful. Everyone there is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Muller and Brian, specifically are very easy to work with...they do not apply pressure typically seen at other dealerships. They are patient and knowledgeable about their product line. They go the extra mile, especially as it pertains to customer service. They provided a courtesy car for us while we were waiting for the new car to come in off truck and they were able to offer the best local price on the car we wanted. A pleasure to work with Brian and everyone at Muller.

I think this dealer shop is best dealer than ever before.Very cozy and family friendly place, specially for my kid. Some dealer shops have pushed to me to see some model continously while I was there. It was not confortable for customer like me. But I & my wife had freely watched every models at this dealer shop during waiting, and my kids have enjoyed DVD and toys at cozy family room. It was great time for me and my family!
