What a wonderful experience we had with Muller Honda and salesman, Brian Reynolds. We told him what we wanted (test drive, appraisal on our trade-in, best price he could give us) and we were driving out satisfied customers within a few hours! Brian not only exceeded our expectations, but his follow-up this first week has been terrific! Unlike several other competing dealers I had visited prior to Muller Honda, I was immediately welcomed within a few seconds of entering the showroom. I had a very nice experience shopping for a car at Muller Honda. I’ve been to a few dealerships before I came to Muller, and I would have to say that I rate them the best in customer service. I came in just inquiring about a car and found exactly what I was looking for. Paul took his time to explain the options available and answered all my questions. He called to follow up and see if I had any questions and made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase.
Larry was pleasant, helpful and forthright. Larry worked with us to achieve our goal of purchasing a new Honda Accord. I only gave a good rating on price because I do believe that the price given for our trade-in could have been better.

Leased a new 2011 Pilot a week and a half ago. Salesman was terrific. Really enjoying the car. Rides great. PLENTY of room. Had CRV.
I purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot from Muller. They were extremely respectful in all aspects of the deal. They were helpful without being pressuring. Upon receipt of my new car, I was given the best new owner tour of the vehicle that I had ever received. My radio, navi and Bluetooth were all set up when I left the lot! I would definitely recommend them for future customers.
