My overall experience with Muller Honda was pleasant, productive and in the end I have a great car. My salesperson, Kurt Kim, was knowledgable, communicative and very helpful (a great sense of humor too!). He accommodated me and my husband's work scedule by staying past closing to work with us. I would fully recommend Kurt Kim and Muller Honda to anyone looking for a great buying experience.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Honda Accord. Kurt Kim is a real pro and he really listens to your needs. I was very well taken care of at Mueller Highland Park Honda! In fact, over the past 20 years, my family and I have purchased 6 Accords from this dealership. That tell you how much confidence I have with these people!!

It took three visits to finally get a defective tire pressure warning system in a (certified pre-owned) Honda Odyssey diagnosed and fixed because they didn't want to order the "expensive" part the first time. Recently, the same car had a flashing engine light that obviously required immediate attention. Muller said they would call back in the afternoon, but didn't. I purchased a 2013 Honda CR-V at Muller Honda last week. Alfredo Parra assisted me, he was excellent. He totally explained all the features to me and my son and contacted me the following day (but w/no pressure). He was very accomodating to meet me again, and showed the vehicle once again to me and my Dad. Negotiations began, and everything ran smoothly. Marcus was very helpful with explaining all of the differences between the Accord models that I was interested in (4 cyl. versus v-6) and he was very patient as I discussed the options with my wife. He also was very apologetic when there was a discrepancy with the APR financing percentage and the internet price. I would be more than happy to recommend Marcus and Muller Honda to my friends and colleagues who are interested in purchasing a Honda in the future.
