Straight Foward The whole buying experience was good! The internet interaction was first rate and straight forward. The technical person was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient about explaining the operation of the various system in the car. The person that sells extended warranties was a little too pushy but other than that it was a good buying experience.
Always puts the customer first Muller service is curteous, prompt, efficient and honest. Each experience at Muller proved to be very pleasant. Express service saved hours of waiting. My car was fixed quickly and at reasonable rates. Service people explained problems clearly and patiently. I never felt I was being talked into fixing a problem that didn''t exist. Top notch service.
