very good for scheduled service The visit experience over all is very friendly and very professional, follow up call for the confirmation of service also very good on explain what will happen for each service item.
Great Service Just overall great service and communication from Sam. Would definitely recommend and continue coming here for service. Did not feel pressured to do anything. Just wish the whole fee for replacement part didnt exist though, or was not as pricey. I mean you are already buying the product, does not make sense to also pay for it if it can not be resold, since you bought the car which means all that is in it is already paid for.
The only car dealership and car salesman to consider. From car sales, to leasing to service Muller Honda is the only car dealership for me. Kurt Kim is the only salesman for me! Just like everyone else at Muller, he’s professional, honest and very comfortable to deal with.
Determined This dealership was the best one I've been too. As a college student owning my first car is not easy. With little to no credit history, this is the first dealership that worked for hours trying to find me a loan to be accepted. Very determined for me to leave with a car. They were very nice and patient. Although I felt a little bit of a discomfort when we handed my mother's matrícula, everything else was wonderful. I was happy with their service and with Mike Katz. Would highly recommend to others!
