Express Oil Change Only an oil change but the Service Rep was energetic and informative. The waiting area is nice with added snacks. It was an overall good experience.
Great book cover lack of content Multiple times after a routine "full" oil change and inspection. Have had to come back a day or so later to call out fluids not toped off or tire pressure not right. For the tire issue additionally we were told it was removed from the rim given reoccurring low pressure. To be told no issues only to within a week find out from other tech that a nail was in tire.
Excellent My overall experience was excellent.The personnel in the service department were extremely organized and efficient. The work on my vehicle was completed muchfaster than anticipated.

Great service, Great people Everyone at Muller Honda is always smiling and friendly. In all my years of bringing my car in for service/oil changes, there was only one time that my car was ready 15 minutes after the quoted time. They are efficient, knowledgeable and always make sure I leave with my questions answered.
TIM is great! Great service provided! They are always nice. The place seems pretty clean. The loaners they provide really help when you can not wait whiel they sevice your car.

Buying process Being in sales, I was told a lot of things that weren’t true to close the deal. Very off-putting. Although I got my car over a year ago, I figured I would at least express my frustration since I randomly received a message asking about my experience. I love my car, but it was one of the worst experiences I’ve dealt with. I leased two cars from Muller, but I have made sure to let others I know purchasing a car to look elsewhere. New Breaks Needed We needed new brake pads and rotors for both rear tires. And also we needed new brake pads for the front tires. Had a great experience and have had great experiences in the past with Muller Honda in highland park, IL.
