Excellent customer service This is my first visit to Muller Honda. It was perfect in every way. After negative experiences in Morton Grove I was delighted with the service at Muller. It was easy to make an appt. online. Tim took care of every request. He is so professional. The young man who drove the shuttle was so friendly. All of the work on my car was explained and performed perfectly. I’m completely satisfied.
High diag Came in for 75k maintenance. Check engine light came on 1 hour b4 drop off. They changed $140 for diag lowered maintenance charge to balance. Shuttle rides were key along w another diag for noise by persterring inlet.
Great deal and great customer service! Adam was our sales agent. We really appreciated how well he listened to our needs and didn't try to "oversell " his product, like some car sales agents have a reputation of doing. We had a great experience with everyone!
Great service Had such a great experience. Mike made me feel like family and found me exactly what I was looking for. Tyler helped me get set up with the car, and be even drove after us when we forgot our ipass in our trade-in vehicle!
Brakes and more Muller Honda and especially Mike in service, Mike did a great job of keeping me apprised of the progress on the car and provided overall tremendous service. The brake job, tire rotation and oil change were done professionally and at competitive prices! Always take your Honda to Muller.
Professional Took in my old 2011 Accord to get it checked out before my 19 year old takes it for the summer to Champaign. They were pretty quick and found a few minor items and 1 major item. The car has 106K miles on it, but they said other than the 1 item it should last years longer. They did not pressure me at all, but I want peace of mind with a 19 year old at the wheel 150 miles away. I have a newer Accord and this is the only dealer I use.
