Road trip ready! The service department at Muller Honda - especially Sam - was very responsive and professional in getting my Honda Fit ready for my trip to New York to pick up my child from college! I knew the brakes were due for repair so they tested everything before calling me about which repairs were urgent and which could wait. When it was time to pay, the bill was $150 less than expected!

My maintenance service for 2015 CRV I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. I was greeted courteously by Sam Yoon. He explained what needs to be done and the work were done in a short time. He even gave me a 10% discount, very much appreciated. I bought this CRV from Muller on the recommendation of my son who bought many cars from Muller. I am very happy with the service center.

Excellent customer service This is my first visit to Muller Honda. It was perfect in every way. After negative experiences in Morton Grove I was delighted with the service at Muller. It was easy to make an appt. online. Tim took care of every request. He is so professional. The young man who drove the shuttle was so friendly. All of the work on my car was explained and performed perfectly. I’m completely satisfied.
High diag Came in for 75k maintenance. Check engine light came on 1 hour b4 drop off. They changed $140 for diag lowered maintenance charge to balance. Shuttle rides were key along w another diag for noise by persterring inlet.
