Very Friendly Service Scheduling was very easy on the phone in that I was unable to do it on the website. Jon Segal was very friendly and clear about what needed to be done and explained in great detail what the problems were with my car. The tech remembered my car from a previous visit and remembered my problem. I was given a clear explanation of the consequences that would occur if nothing was done. Even though my car needed a lot of work, it was a pleasant experience.
