Muller Honda of gurnee is better. Lack of effort I’d say, did not wash my car (gurnee always does) did not put the sticker for my next service. Just doesn’t seem very professional.
Sam is the best Sam is one of the best vehicle repair service providers I have ever encountered, he is far and beyond courteous, friendly and intelligent. He communicated with me throughout the experience and made it as smooth as possible for me.

Very negative on this service, ask for refund!!! The second row car seat (the one behind the passenger side), is partially installed -- one side is not put inside. Which makes my kids fall down from the seat to floor while I turn right on a crossing! This is very bad service, I would rather get refund for this service! Call me if the dealer service wants to learn more.
Purchase of '18 Honda Pilot Adam Velez and Muller Honda were so wonderful to work with! I had been given the run-around at a few other dealerships and was super frustrated when I stopped into Muller Honda to look at the Pilot. My experience there was the complete opposite. Adam was very easy to talk to and honest. And their pricing was competitive and straightforward. I highly recommend!
2018 CR-V Lance was great to work with from the beginning. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and able to answer any and all questions we came up with. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us stay on budget and not being pushy. Would definitely recommend working with Lance and will keep him in mind for any future car buying needs.

Dent in bumper My service on my bumper was quick and reasonable (as usual). Always quick and thorough. Management is first rate. Been a customer since late 90's.and will continue to do so.
Low pressure sales and quality inventory This is the second used Honda my husband and a I have purchased from Mike at Muller and we are very happy with our experience. The team works well together and were extremely accommodating when I had my young children with me (kids playroom and fish tank are a huge hit with my two year old). Mike found me the perfect used car at a great price. When I decide to buy again in the future, I will go here first.
