Another great experience with Muller This is my fourth purchase through Muller, and it only seems like it gets better every time. Great people to deal with. I recommend everyone I know that is looking for a car to go to Muller.
Top Notch customer service! I have been using this service center for at least a decade and I cannot say enough good things about them. Most recently I was helped by Tim when I took my car in for an oil change. He was warm & welcoming, courteous, and professional. He treated me with the utmost respect! From my experience, this service center does not upsell or charge you for something you don't need. Most importantly they treat women as equals.

Odyssey I gave the “excellent “ rating based on courtesy and the constant updates on my car while it was being serviced. I did have a loner car to use through the repairs, which took 4 days. This visit was for new tires, fixing my power steering and an oil change. I purchased my 2007 Odyssey at Muller and I have my car serviced here every time as well. Very Friendly Service Scheduling was very easy on the phone in that I was unable to do it on the website. Jon Segal was very friendly and clear about what needed to be done and explained in great detail what the problems were with my car. The tech remembered my car from a previous visit and remembered my problem. I was given a clear explanation of the consequences that would occur if nothing was done. Even though my car needed a lot of work, it was a pleasant experience.
A Fantastic Experience This dealership was very helpful and friendly. I felt good about buying a car from them. They truly went out of their way to make sure I was getting the best experience.
