Question about tire pressure warning Just picked up my new civic. Literally days later the tire pressure light went on. Received expert and prompt attention. Problem completely understood and resolved.
Oil change was fast! I was told it would be about an hour but they were done within 45 minutes! Great service and friendly staff.
Post Purchase Installation of Honda Accessories Upon opening the Pilot's hatch the first time since the roof rails were installed by Muller, the tail end of the rail system came in contact with the hatch and parts went flying everywhere. So we had to bring it back only to be told that new parts need to be ordered and will have to return a 3rd time to get Honda accessories installed by a Honda service center.
Free grease and oil I made an appointment and was taken in time which is very important to me. My express service advisor Michael Bass was very helpful. Mike explained the vehicle inspection checklist with my concerns.
Regular Maintenance All went smoothly and quickly when I brought in my CRV for it's scheduled maintenance. Of course, it's pricey but that is to be expected when taking vehicle for oil change to a dealership. Waiting room needs some TLC, but free water and customer service is great!
Great Sales Experience Recently, my wife and I purchased a 2018 Honda CR-V from Muller Honda. We are very happy with our purchase. We would like to single out our salesman Kurt Kim for providing efficient, courteous service. This is our third Honda from Muller, and our second purchased though Kurt. Good dealership I had a very good experience at this dealership. I have leased two cars working with Brian over the past year. He is a man of his word and provides for a good car buying experience. Unlike, other dealerships, I didn’t feel like I was wasting my time and once we agreed on a deal, they stuck with while others such as Schaumburg Honda would still try to nickel and dime you. Finance manager in David was also an excellent experience.
Fender repair worries all taken care of I took a few pictures of the damage and sent them for review, and the Mueller team was able to assess/estimate the cost and get parts on order. By the time I brought my vehicle to the shop, they were ready to go and get started. The team reassured me that everything would be taken care of and gave me periodic updates Work was completed ahead of schedule Totally happy with the experience
