Set in a lovely old two-story home on a quiet tree-lined street, its two wood-paneled bars brim with hospitality, and its two dining rooms, an intimate non-smoking room with bare stone walls and a larger room designed like an indoor gazebo serve first-rate meals. The bars offer a buffet from 5pm-7pm weekdays and the kitchen's seafood specialties, such as Mahi-mahi topped with Lump Crab meat are both creative and flavorful.

It is amazing to me that even though this is my neighborhood bar and I spend a lot of money patronizing this place, I am at the whim of the bartenders to watch a game other than the Orioles. Can't they put another game on or they don't have enough tvs? guess it's time to move to Ryan"s Daughter where I can watch some soccer if I want to. A little diversity would help the Tavern's poor management.

Dinner, wine, atmosphere and service were great!! It's great to be able to eat somewhere that has a nice vegetarian menu incorporated with food for carnivores :). Can't wait to return!

Love the cozy atmosphere and great service. I wish I could remember but I got this grilled cheese with tomato soup and it was out of this world. Great selection of good beers too!
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was we had poor service. The place is clean, nice atmosphere, bright. The food is excellent! If the waitress would have been more attentive it would have been perfect.
