I take that one star back for this HORRID business. This was my third time trying to Cruise with MSC and absolutely my last. I booked this trip last year for February 2022 and didn't pay attention to the PCR requirement before boarding(my oversight). They tested my fully vaccinated and boosted daughter and I before we boarded( we were negative) then denied us boarding on because we didn't have a PCR test done before we arrived. my rating is negative 100 someone needs to do something about MSc cruise line, we booked a cruise august 19th 2021 for a September 15, 2022, cruise it had to be cancelled I told we would receive our refund in one to 2 billing cycles which is 2 to 4 months each cycle yet cannot receive email cancelling it with refund amount in it they just keep saying they sent it they did not they are awful please someone ship this company back to the country they came from we have enough crooks here already we do not need more

Worst cruise I have ever been on. Charged for things we never did including $209 for internet that came with our cruise. Horrible customer service.

I am writing a formal complaint against Cruise line and Staff at MSC. My family of 4 booked a vacation on your ship “MSC Meraviglia” that ported from Port Canaveral Florida USA on the dates of March 13th to March 17th, 2022. Right from the very beginning we’ve experienced service at its worst!!! They lie to make more money. I have booked Balcony cabin and gave Interior. After paying, they will not make the correction. Told me to cancel and not honor the booking.

It's hard to briefly express the horrors. First the cruise for NOV '21 was apparently cancelled in OCT '21 but neither the agency we used nor we were notified at the time. We immediately requested a refund and were told that it had to issued as a cruise credit first. Finally (supposedly) approvals were issued in NOV for the refund but it wouldn't be credited until THREE billing cycles (apparently another way of saying in 3 months) which meant FEB '22. There should be a rating for ZERO. MSC doesn't understand customer service and will do nothing to help. I had to disembark between two back-2-back sailings because my husband had to have emergency heart surgery. While I fully understood them keeping the money for the cruise, I believe it was illegal to keep my PORT FEES and TAXES. They should not be able to keep my port fees when I wasn't even on the cruise in any ports. I don't think they can legally keep the taxes as well that I paid for the cruise.
