MSC has by far been the worse cruise I have on. The lack of communication that happen on 6/25/23. We waited in line for over 6 hours before being able to board the ship. They only offered water after waiting for 6 hours. People start to get sick and have food delivered. I had to finally be put in a wheelchair due to exhaustion. The staff would come out to make announcements without any type of sound system so you couldn't hear them. Worst cruise line ever. Save yourselves any aggravation and DO NOT USE THEM!!! Their customer service is unprofessional, unorganized and unknowable. They gave misinformation and bc of this my son was denied boarding and they refuse to give a refund although it was a huge mistake on their end. They take no ownership for their mistake. When you call they keep you on hold for hours, they laugh at your concerns and hang up on you multiple times causing you to have to call back and wait again. They are thieves.

My name is ******* ****** *** and I just got off the msc seaside from Port canaveral on April 23. Stateroom number 14141 and I had the worst experience getting off the ship that I could never expect and it put the worst state in my mouth for your cruise line which sucked because everything before the incident was perfect. We had to wait over 3 hours to get off the ship, missed our transportation. February, took a cruise on MSC paying for a balcony stateroom. Not only did they not allow me use to the balcony due to construction and cleaning, they also would bang on the balcony doors at extreme hours of the night. Brought this up to them and attempted to resolve it several times. They say the most they are willing to do to assist or satisfy me was provide a $100 on board credit that I had to use with two hours on the last night. They now ignore my emails or calls.

In November 2022 we took an *** cruise onboard the *** Splendida. (Confirmation # ********) We purchased an access pass to their ***** Spa for the cruise. Once onboard we took a tour of the spa. It was not what we expected, based on what we'd seen on a different cruise line. We enquired at the customer service desk onboard about cancelling our spa access and receiving a refund. We were told that if we did not use the facilities during the cruise we could contact *** after the cruise and we would receive a refund for the spa.... read more

I just wanted to let you know how terrible of a cruise this was. The whole company as a whole is the worst cruise line. Your customer service has been nothing but a head ach and unhelpful. The service on board the ship was even worse! Not to be able to get water and drinks to stay hydrated, the food was unpleasant and so unappetizing. If i could, i would rate this cruise line 0 stars, long story short, i tested positive for COVID back in December, 2022, and had to cancel my trip. I sent all my positive documentation and was told i would receive a FULL refund in 1-2 billing cycles. 2 and a half months have now passed and i havent received a dime back. I called multiple times and the operators are no help either. They transfer me to customer service and it rings, rings, and rings forever until someone answers and tells you they have to transfer you elsewher... read more

We found this cruise line through a rewards program, and we were told that kids would be free and the interior rooms could hold up to five people. We booked and called to organize everything after paying the deposit only to find out that was not true and they said if we wanted to bring our kids we would have to book a complete other room or pay over $2000 for a five person room.
