DO NOT BOOK ON THIS CRUISE LINE. On May 28, 2023 my husband and I were scheduled to cruise on the *** Seaside. We saw *** on the ** and it looked like a nice ship. Since we had not sailed on this cruise line before, we decided to give it a try. We arrived at the cruise port in ******* at ************** at 4:00pm. The ship was not departing until 6pm. I was scheduled to sail 8/31/2023 unfortunately I got covid and couldn't go. I call to speak to someone about the situation and she advise I still go on the cruise because I will not be getting a refund. ****** for 2 a 3 day cruise 2 drink packages 400. and a sunrise breakfast package ***** nonrefundable by the cruise line. Generali travel insurance is making a refund nearly impossible
Ship seaside. Cabin **** Had a carton of cigarettes stolen from my cabin my room smelt like sewage... I had a towel on the floor in the bathroom that I spilt some make up on and they hung it back up and told me they gave me new towels... the pepper shakers tasted like they had been stored in the sewage room... the hallways smelt like mold and the food was disgusting to say the least... staff was extremely rude... they treat you as if you are a criminal when getting off the ship kept getting screamed at by employees and other... read more
Terrible lost bags and dripping wet bags. Sailed on 7 day cruise on MSC Seascape this June 2023.Our bags were dripping wet and they did not do anything about it. They lost my bag after cruise and they made me jump through hoop, wait 30 days and then told me they can not provide compensation, "I should have bought insurance" is what I was told. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!! If your looking for people to steal your money this is the place to get your money stolen form. I just came back from one of there cruise ship the *** Seaside. three days to ***********. I have to say before I go on the Island is beautiful. So on this trip the food was not so good they over charge people they do not tend to everyone they pick and choose who the catered to. The staff do not clean properly they stuck. My husband booked a cruise to the Bahamas in December 2022. During the reservation process my husband specifically requested a handicap room ,the agent said no problem. My husband was asked to fill out a handicap room request. The balance was paid in full in April and my husband was reassured that he will get a handicap room. Now 2 weeks before the cruise, MSC confirmed that my husband will not get a handicap room.
