When me and my girlfriend were sleep we heard loud banging at the door and it so happen to be the cruise line and police officers with assault rifles not to mention we were halfway dressed. I have never had so many issues with a company. I booked a cruise with them and they tacked $180 of additional fees onto my booking after I paid. When I didn't pay the additional fees (because I didn't know about them) they canceled my booking. When I tried to rebook the same cruise they told me the price had gone up $400 and they refused to honor the original price of the cruise. They are the scam company in this industry. We booked a room with free balcony upgrade, which is clearly stated on our booking confirmation. But when they assign stateroom, they put us in ocean view. We called many times, but they do not honor the balcony as promised, and we had to battle it out. Worst experience ever, will never book with them again, such a scam.
Our cruise was cancelled due to COVID. We still have not received our refund and just had a CHARGE of $450 on our credit card completely randomly. We call to get info, constantly jerked around with no resolution or answers. We are black card members, we sail with them A LOT and we will never ever go again.

My Husband and I had booked are first cruise with this company cause my girlfriend said it was a nice ship and he and her husband enjoyed it . Me and my fianc cruised on the Divina 07/17/22-07/21/22 stateroom ****. This was our first cruise, but unfortunately we were completely disappointed with our experience from beginning to end.
