I decided to try MSC Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations.While I understand that the noreaster that hit ******** was not within your control and that missing one night of sailing was unavoidable, we were extremely disappointed that, on a seven-day cruise, we only visited one island. I was a passenger on the *** Meraviglia, sailing from ********, ** from July 2027, 2024. While on board, I downloaded the *** app to monitor charges.On July 22, I noticed a $111 gratuity charge applied to my account. Several people in my travel party had the same issue and successfully requested removal, as we were tipping in cash. On August 31, 2025-September 4, 2025 I took the *** Seascape cruise from ***** to ******* and *********. I was satisfied throughout my vacation until the final billing was charged to my account. I was charged 60$ for two pool towels (30$ each). I am upset because there is no need to be charged such as I was responsible for my pool towels and left two on the bathroom floor every day so the staff can collect them. I am currently on the *** Seascape.This ship is not handicap accessible.When we booked the trip, we got a handicap room, so I assumed they were handicap accessible/friendly.There are parts of the ship neither my Sister nor I can get to, because of no access for our ****** and mobility scooter.I do believe that if you do business in the ***, your company should have to provide accessibility for the disabled just like US based companies do.a huge waste of money and time, which neither of us have much of either.

June 20, 2025 booked a cruise for 12/20/25 - 12/27/25 on the Grandiosa. Told associate I was not sure if I would have a travel partner. She then booked me into a double cabin. On Sep 1 I called to get pay off balance and to change to solo travel. I was told if I could not get a roommate MSC would cancel my booking. Also told me that there were no single rooms to change to. MSC Charges you for Lost and Found.MSC found our lost luggage. 1 got lost out of 4. Now *** is charging me to have shipped. Me and my wife have had to start our cruise on MSC Meraviglia from 04/18/2024 to 04/28/2024. But day before the embarkation (04/17/2024) I got a COVID-19. Immediately my wife informed *** and sent all required medical documentation to MSC and our travel insurance. MSC cancelled our booking (********) and sent us confirmation letter.
