No extension on my bed board head to my sleep pad machine it is crazy. They bring to me the extension but it is no safe if we need to walk to bath room could be felt down . Also , the hair dryer with the tape to work. The quality to premium package drink is no premium (it is medium quality).the organization in the restaurant is no good , the spaces on salsa to Latin peoples misin is too tiny. I made a reservation about 8 months before the date. Six months before, I needed to cancel; I believe that's a long time in advance, so there would be no excuses since my reservation's insurance specifies that I can cancel. The agent who assisted me guaranteed that my refund would be 100%. Once the cancellation was made, $316 remained which was not refunded. My wife and i went on a 7 days cruise to the carribean and the ship could not stop on the bahamas private island and stuck on the ship for 3 days. The steak served on the evening was precooked and when asked to have it medium rate they always gave you well done and hard to eat. My main complaint is that we went to guest services and requested to have hotel service charge removed because we would pay the room attendant separate, they forgot to make the adjustment. DO NOT BOOK AN MSC CRUISE. We cruised on MSC Meraviglia from 2/16/25 - 2/23/25. We were unable to make our first stop at Port Canaveral due to poor weather conditions. What we weren't told is that was the port that we'd get our provisions. We ran out of food, alcohol AND water. The food was disgusting (even before we ran out). Disappointing Experience with MSC Cruise I recently sailed with MSC Cruise, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The main attraction of our cruise was a visit to their private island, which we were unable to access due to weather conditions.
