I am writing to you with complaints about my group of 24 people experience with MSC Seaside wasn't pleasant at all. We paid a lot of money to not be satisfied. 1st they split my group up being on 3 different floors with my mother 85 years old on the 12th floor by herself and when I realized it after doing the web check in it was too late. They split my group up and had 2 of our cabins eating dinner at 7:30 instead of being with the rest of us at 5:30. The worse customer service I have ever experienced. I had a cruise scheduled for Nov 30, 2019. One morning I noticed that the deposit I made was returned to my account. I called to find out what happened and someone cancelled my reservation. I tried to get them to resolve it and I was told that there was nothing that can be done because it was cancelled. 31 of us family and friends booked 12 cabins with MSC in November 10th 2018. The doctor on board is rude, they didn't even have an arm sling, they just wrapped arms in a cut bed sheet peace. The gangway fell as some family members were on it and they have not returned our call nor have they even called to find out the outcome of the local hospital or if anything else was needed. Booked 7 rooms for my large family vacation in January 2018 for my August cruise aboard the MSC Seaside. In may 2018 after our final payment was completed we saw that MSC was now offering a "Drink On Us" Package with stateroom booking that included a variety of drinks for only an extra $120 more than what we paid for just the room. We called MSC to inquire about us wishing to pay more to have this promotion added onto our staterooms thinking it would not be a problem. I had over $200 worth of items stolen from my room. I even reported it to customer service on the ship when I noticed items missing. They did nothing about it. I don't trust MSC or their employees, especially those that clean the rooms. They need to do a better job screening their employees so that I don't have criminals cleaning / entering me room. My family with 6 people were happy our cruise 8/19/17 to 8/26/17 on board the MSC Divina. 7 days Carribean. Six of us paid the roundtrip shuttle bus from Fort Lauderdale to Ship. Only two of us on the paid list but Four of us did not on the paid list so we paid again. My wife and I were very excited about booking our first cruise November 21, 2017 on board the MSC Divina scheduled to sail on January 3, 2018. Within 2 days of our booking, my wife received a price change notification of $100.00 less than what we paid for each ticket. BUYER BEWARE! My entire family booked an 11 night Mediterranean cruise this past spring. Due to a bad experience with a travel agent, our flights weren't going to work out. It was Easter, so there were no other flights. We weren't worried, because we paid extra for the cruise insurance. We could rebook! Well, it turns out the insurance is worthless.
