We had prompt service, and that service fixed the problem. The gentleman who came out (was his name Ray?) knew immediately why the toilets were leaking when the tub got plugged. He was pleasant and efficient.

I had a leaky facet today and called- Rhonda was able to book me an appointment with Chris who came within an hour, he fixed the facet and when we turned the water back on knew there was another leak which was in the crawl space- he fixed that too. Thank you Rhonda and Chris- great job, great price and great attitudes! I will call again should the need arise. Thank you!

Great service! Scott came to replace my water heater the same day I called completed the exchange and hauled the burned up one away. If you need a plumber, Mr. Rooter is great!

We bought a new washer and dryer and needed help to replace a rusty coupler for the water source. Ron came out and did a great job and headed for his next job. I started washing clothes and found water dripping on the floor. I called him and he immediately came back and found a drain hose the installer's hadn't secured properly and fixed it with no additional charge. Ron was very professional and courteous. I would definitely call Mr. Rooter again!

I called on Monday and he came out on Tuesday morning early enough for me to get to my doctor's appointment that I could not miss. He was very professional and knowledgeable and did the work quickly and well. I will be calling them again if I am ever in need of plumbing assistance in the future.
