Very nice people to talk to and great service! Didn't think they would be able to come out so fast and fix the broken pipe we had but they fixed it the next day. The price was good and a lot lower than what I thought it would be. Kelly explained to me what everything he was going to do to fix it and if he couldn't fix it that way he would fix it another way. It was great knowing everything before he started working on it. Two thumbs up for Kelly and Rhonda for being super awesome!

We were lucky to have chosen Mr. Rooter for this job. Our technician was Dillon Salazar and he was thorough in every way. Our toilet was on the blink. He wanted to see if there was a way to save us money and try a few things out, instead of going right out and installing a new toilet. I was impressed with his concern for his customer (me). I trusted him completely. In the end, fixing the old toilet was not to be and we were not billed for the time. A new toilet was installed. Your dispatcher,Alina was very professional and explained when the tech would get to me and kept me informed. When the tech, Chris Dennis arrived I explained the problem and he went right to work. He located the blockage and finally got it cleared. I was watching his monitor as he inspected the line to make sure the blockage was completely clear. He was very professional and knowledgable .
