Our hot water heater went out on NYE, not fun with two little kids... Luckily, our landlord called Mr. Rooter. Within a short time, Ryan H. was at our door. He was very nice and professional. Despite the crazy holiday hours he was able to track down the water tank we needed, which I know was not any easy tank to find! Thank you Ryan, we are all very excited for a hot shower :)
Peiman Karimi did an outstanding job and I would definitely request him again.
