The fellow was able to get out to us a week before their major competitor, and he very effectively accomplished the task which involved cleaning out a plugged main line. He was willing to explain what he was doing as he did it, and I always like that. They also warrantee their work, so another fellow, a camera technician, will be out soon to examine the job from inside the pipe to double check everything.

I have been using Mr. Rooter for over 15 years. I this is far and above professional. my original guy Don retired and had another gentleman Dale? he great too. Today we had back up drains flooding after huge storm. I called Mr Rooter. Tracy got Tanner here within 3 hours. Tanner got straight to work and explained all that needed to be expected to finish Job. as I paid him we had little conversation. He was nice young man. Mr Rooter has never let me down or my tenants down.
