The plumbing in my "new" apartment was a nightmare when I moved in! I've had two visits from the Mr.Rooter gentlemen and they were awesome. Super efficient, cheery, and explained everything they were doing. Needless to say everything works 100% now, thanks SO much!!
I want to that Dillon & Sean for coming out and fixing the Ottesen's sewer pipe that broke on Tuesday Jan.10th. Were grateful to them because if it wasn't for them, we would be without water or the use of the toilet!! We want to thank Dillon & Sean for saving the day! Workers drive very ignorantly and then pull aside my car and started yelling at me. They did not car about their own safety or anyone else's. I called the company because of the unprofessional employees and never heard from yet.
I'm skilled but not with plumber's skills and saw the add of Mr. Rooter in the Seattle TIMES and decided to call them for an appointment that same afternoon if possible. Eva said it was no problem and Nathan came at 3:00. Both were happy employees which is always a good indication of a well run company. The work was begun with no wasted time and explanations were mentioned and my questions answered. He handled the challenge and I was happy to pay the bill. Had water back up into the Dishwasher. Had also tried to save money and have a friend install a couple of toilets that were seeping sewer gas. Called Mr. Rooter (at the same time Seattle was hit with a storm) and they came out the next day. Received a call 4 hours before my appointment letting me know they had a technician available. When Dale arrived, he was very professional an even put on covers for his shoes BEFORE entering the house. He was able to take care of both situations quickly. Would highly recommend them

8:00 T hursday night of the big rain and wind storm. My sump pump decided to stop working. I called Mr. Rooter and Rhonda answered. Couldn't ask for better service. She managed to get Don out of bed and he agreed to come to my house to fix the problem. He was super!!! Managed to install a new pump and the price he charged was more than reasonable. From now on I will always call Mr. Rooter and hope that Dan is on call.

When sewage backs up from a washing machine into the toilet on the other side of the house...you know you have trouble. When it is Sunday of Labor Day weekend...big trouble. That is what happened to me. I was very pleased with the speed that Mr. Rooter responded to my situation. I had a major clog, and turned out a crushed in ground pipe. It was an expensive repair.
