I had a leak under a carport in Olympia. I needed to replace the service line which was under a concrete slab at foot of driveway and under the carport. Scott R. gave me a bid to do the work and managed to get it rescheduled to earlier date than original schedule. Scott was very informative and patient with all of my questions as he completed the work. The new line was bored under the concrete and into the house. Wayne was on time! Great way to start !! He was very polite and professional. Even though we had to have a different toilet installed two days later , due to a leak and my husbands disabilty, Wayne was helpful and understanding. Who knew having a toilet installed could be so costly but knowing it was done by true professional eases the pain!

Shaun B. was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He was here to connect our new disposal, kitchen faucet and dishwasher air gap. We had purchased a brand new disposal, but after Shaun installed it, it leaked at its seams and so was defective. He removed it and stuck around while I quickly ran to purchase another one, which he patiently installed. All his work was done efficiently and correctly. Thank you, Shaun!

Amanda answered the phone and immediately found an appointment for me. Chris came, phoning when he was late (appreciated that) and then he did a great job of repairing and trying to explain who my plumbing problem might have happened. Then he said, "don't worry, this can happen to anyone."

Had a leak I could not fix myself. Mr. Don Hawkins - ex-Navy - Plumber 18 years, with apprentice Nate, to look at my problem - which was a leak in my Master Bedroom shower. Don presented the most professional look, while it was obvious that he was a Customer Advocate. Don was looking for ways to save me money while presenting the highest quality performance.
