RecommendedI was able to have a technician arrive the same day that I called for service. I received a text with his photo, and he also called to let me know when he would arrive. I actually had two separate issues, a clogged floor drain, and a clogged drain tile into my sump pump. Unfortunately, the call had been marked as a sump pump issue, so he did not have the necessary equipment, but he got us scheduled for the next morning (and apologized for the delay).
