Paid for a service, while doing the job they informed me their equipment couldn’t make it all the way through the drain. I would have to spend more money if I wanted to fix. I ended up paying money for a problem they couldn’t fix.
RecommendedAlex was courteous and quick and my issue was completely solved. I thought the price was quite reasonable.
Called for a sink clog. I asked if the person they sent would be wearing a mask and was told yes. They called to say the tech was ahead of schedule. I said I would be here and again asked them to be sure a mask would be worn by tech. I got a text message with techs name and photo. He didn’t show and after an hour I called back and they said he was stuck in traffic but would be here in 20 minutes. I got another text with a different tech name. Tech showed up with no mask.
I called for emergency service in regards to getting a gas line repaired/installed. Was given a window of between 6-8pm. Was called near the end of my window and told a technician wasn't yet available and then called after my window closed to be told that no one could come out as all the technicians in the field would be on their projects for the rest of the night. RecommendedI have recently bought a condo and I used them when I first moved in with a leak and then recently putting in a new dishwasher. I love Joe Mirtel . I requested him after the first time I tried mr rooter because he is helpful , patient , prompt and courteous. I really like that he is kind and I feel like I can trust him.
