Aout 2 -1/2 weeks ago my water line into my house broke. Insurance doesn't pay for anything outiside of the home. I checked. After interviewing three Plumbing Companies I chose Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Ruben Tabion, Mgr. and Brandon and Eva were very proactive in keeping me updated and informed about the work they were going to do in every way. I now have a brand new functioning water supply into my home and am extremely pleased with the work that was done by the whole crew. Tim was a very pleasant person to work with while dealing with a really yucky problem. He got us up and running again in no time. He also gave us clues on how to keep the problem from occurring again. We have used this service whenever we have had plumbing issues. The service has always been quick and reliable. If there is a next time, if possible, I would request that Tim pay us another visit.

We recently had Dale Parker and his son at our home to do service. We also had to have him back for an additional visit. We are both so very pleased with this duo. They do such a good job and explain everything to us. They are very neat and always clean up after themselves. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber. Thanks Dale and company!!
Brandon solved a long-time problem with my shower.I have a very old house and it took a special order to get the right part and even then, a combination of new and old fixtures to fix the problem for good. I very much appreciate his efficiency and expertise.
I had the technician Pau Gualnam come to my house to fix a major waterline leak. He was a welcome site since I had a previous plumber come and said they couldn't do the job. Pau not only fixed the waterline leak the previous plummer couldn't but he also fixed my water shut off valve and a washing machine house. He was very kind, funny and sympathized with me. I'll never forget his exemplary work.
