I live in an old house. We are talking 1950 where pipes were metal, huge and pretty intimidating. We were having a sludge issue and Bal (Mr Rooter’s rep) came by. Spoke upfront not only about what he could do for the drain but what he couldn’t do. He didn’t wear a Seahawks shirt like in their advertisement but he was courteous, respectful enough to clean up after himself and ended his call telling me how bad using commercial corrosives are for your pipes and drains. Adam, based from Snohomish, was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond helping us unclog a major plug in the kitchen sink, install a new dishwasher and replace a water heater- all in one day- on New Years Eve, no less! He was professional, pleasant and even let our curious kids watch him install the water heater and answered their questions patiently. We will be calling them again with any future plumbing needs. Very impressed!
