The fellow was able to get out to us a week before their major competitor, and he very effectively accomplished the task which involved cleaning out a plugged main line. He was willing to explain what he was doing as he did it, and I always like that. They also warrantee their work, so another fellow, a camera technician, will be out soon to examine the job from inside the pipe to double check everything.

Not only did their technician Tanner come to my house after the normal workday to fix my leaky water heater. He then came back and replaced it a few weeks later when we could schedule it per my needs. He was polite. And walked me through all the options so I could make an informed decision with no pressure.
