We have hired Mr Rooter now for multiple jobs including redoing two of our toilets, repairing the pipe leading to our septic tank, adding a clean out, and a bunch of other little things. Every individual we’ve interacted with from the initial phone call to the work on-site was professional, friendly, efficient, and just an absolute pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber!
Basement shower was clogging for quite some time and kept putting off calling a plumbing company, however we had no choice and called Mr. Rooter on a Saturday and they were able to cone out Sunday. Showed up within an hour of the 4 hour window so we weren’t waiting wondering when they’d arrive. Gave us our estimate and did the job. Tyler did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He let us know each step of the way what was being done and what needed to be done. He had a great personality and he was aware of his mask and distancing his entire visit!
Helped diagnose a reoccurring clog and came up with a plan for fixing. Fast response time and very affordable. I highly reccomend.

Very Fast, Friendly, and Very Efficient. The Burien Crew was able to accomplish clearing the house sewer drain all the way to the street, when another specialist drain company cleaner was unable. They approached the project with a very strong can-do attitude towards the project. With their more powerful machine than the first company, they sure did! I am very happy in all respects in dealing with The Mr Rooter Co.
Technician arrived on schedule and worked through challenging repair. Ultimately uncovered other issues and came back the very next day. Personable guy, he creatively fixed the problem. Very pleased.
