Mr. Rooter/Seattle responded very quickly. When I called and they asked when I wanted their tech to show up I said, jokingly, “Today”. They said, “Okay.” We set up the visit for the following morning and all of their communication was great. The tech showed up the next morning. He was very thoughtful, thorough, and efficient. I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

It started out with water coming up through bathroom floor moving to bedroom, soaking the carpet. I had just moved to this new home and not familiar with septic issues or clogged drains. Ross was professional, explaining the issues to me and my son, and was able to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Services.
