Highly recommend this company! Ryan and Kennon went above and beyond on the weekend to help us after having a very bad experience with another plumber. They were professional and efficient. Ryan even helped us get authorization from our warranty so we could be reimbursed even though they are not contracted through home warranties. Amazing!!

Alex M. with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Seattle did an excellent job running a snake through the drain line in my kitchen - all the way to the septic. He explained every detail of this job and recommended future preventative maintenance. He was on time and was very polite and professional. He wore a mask and gloves and kept his 6' distance. I caller Mr Rooter for my hot water tank leak, less than 2 hours the technician Mr Peiman arrived and was able to figure out the problem. He replaced my water tank immediately.He was nice and professional and had his mask on the whole time.
