Your company need to keep doing those great things with the MMP because it does help keep your vehicle in great shape so then when you have to trade it in you get what you pay for and I really thank you for doing that so keep up the good work
If you total a vehicle within the warranty coverage don't expect any money back. I recently totaled a 2022 Ram with 25,500 miles left under the extended warranty and was denied a prorated refund. This company not only charged me the amount of around 4,000 dollars for the initial warranty plan. But also upon totaling my truck deducted all repairs made under warranty from my refund value. To me this feels somewhat like double taxation. Customers should not be penalized for repairs made under warranty against the premium paid. ... read more

Was a very easy process to do a claim and the approval process was fast, great auto warranty!, highly recommend it.
I was promised when I bought the silver Pkg it covered the car. Well I got screwed by your company it cost me 4500.00 for your service was told nothing to worry about . So I took my car out to Husker Auto who I bought from and who sold me apparently a worthless warranty contract. Easy enough! I chose Jilly Lube as my service provider and had 0 issues. Agent who helped me was nice and considerate.
Although I didn’t speak to a Representative directly, they worked closely with the dealership to approve and resolve my A/C repairs in less time than was anticipated! I truly appreciate this!
