So far, this is nothing but an extremely overpriced oil change service.
Alberto was our service advisor. I received a text informing me that the cabin filter and I asked him to not make the change, as it was not covered under warranty. Alberto misunderstood me and had the filter changed. Alberto acknowledged his mistake; however, he proceeded to attempt to charge my wife ford points for the replacement. I have taken my RAM truck to Airpark Dodge in North Scottsdale two times for minor repairs and both times MPP has come through. They approved what is needed for the job to be done right. Isn’t that the reason why we get insurance in the first place? Yes, you will say, but some insurances don’t honor their commitment. MPP does.
